I noticed yesterday that my baby Rhaine has a lot of "bungang araw" around her nape going down to her neck. There are also few on her head. I guess it was because of high temperature for this past few days. It gets really hot especially during noon. I've read online that bungang araw is caused by prolong exposure to perspiration. Some of the remedy that I read online are:

- pure conrsntarch

- vandol cream

- curash powder

- calmoseptine ointment

- anti-rush powder

- 1 glass of water with 1 tsp of baking soda
