I received an email last week about putting vicks vaporub on the sole of the feet as a good cough relief. My little angel, Rhaine Danielle, woke up early in the morning because of a bad cough. She has colds as well. I looked for our vicks that is actually never been used. I put a little on the sole of her feet and then I let her wear socks. I am not sure how many minutes but yes her coughing stops. I would do this every time any member of the family has a bad cough. I recommend you used this technique also to your little ones.
